National Museum of Americans In Wartime

I'm getting amped about the Open House at the National Museum of Americans in Wartime.
I get to help and hang out with two of my favorite, very hot, lady bloggers.

NMAW is auctioning off helicopter rides and chances to drive big hulking armored stuff.

SPECIAL SILENT AUCTION:
If you've ever dreamed of driving an armored vehicle or flying in a helicopter, this could be your best chance.

On Saturday, October 24, the National Museum of Americans in Wartime will conduct a silent auction at our Open House event for seven separate opportunities to drive an armored vehicle that day and for three one-hour helicopter rides offered by American Helicopters, Inc. (flying time to be scheduled).

On Sunday, October 25, the Museum will have another silent auction for seven separate opportunities to drive an armored vehicle that day and two one-hour helicopter rides offered by American Helicopters, Inc. (flying time to be scheduled).

The silent auction begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM both days. Driving begins after 3:00. The helicopter rides will be scheduled with American Helicopter, Inc.

Proceeds from the auctions directly support the Museum's mission to honor those who serve(d) our country at home and abroad in times of war.

If you haven't registered to attend the Open House yet, it's not too late. Just click here.
